  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
  • Additional customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Custom, altered, or made-to-order items are non refundable.
  • Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 10 working days if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Items marked as sale or discounted may be final sale.

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact ATIGMA before sending items back.
