1. Made-to-Order & Production

Metakay operates on a slow-fashion, made-to-order model.

•  Lead Times: Production times vary by garment complexity. Estimated lead times are provided on product pages, but these are estimates and not guarantees.
•  Handmade Nature: You acknowledge that our garments are artisanal and hand-finished. Minor variations from the product photography are expected and celebrated as a mark of luxury craftsmanship.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to textile designs, technical smocking patterns, photography, logos, and brand narratives, is the exclusive property of Metakay.

•  You may not reproduce, copy, or “heavily inspire” your own commercial works using our signature fabric manipulation techniques or proprietary designs without express written consent.

3. Pricing & Payments

•  All prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) to accommodate our international clientele.
•  We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time due to fluctuations in raw material costs.
•  Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been processed.

4. Accuracy of Information

While we strive for perfection, we do not warrant that product descriptions or colors are 100% accurate due to variations in digital displays. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Metakay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

6. Governing Law

These terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
