At Atigma, we believe that true luxury is worth the wait. Every garment is hand-crafted in our studio specifically for your order, ensuring the highest level of technical artistry.
1. Production Timeline
As a slow-fashion brand, we do not hold pre-made inventory.
- Made-to-Order: Each piece requires a dedicated production window for hand-stitching and fabric manipulation.
- Lead Time: Please allow [Insert Number, e.g., 3–4] weeks for your garment to be meticulously crafted before it is dispatched. You will receive an email notification the moment your piece is completed and ready for shipping.
2. Global Express Shipping
We ship worldwide from Ghana using premium express couriers (DHL/FedEx) to ensure your garment arrives safely.
- International Delivery: Typically takes 5–7 business days once your production window is complete.
- Domestic Delivery (Ghana): Typically takes 1–3 business days via our local courier partners.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For our international clientele:
- Import Fees: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country.
- Responsibility: Atigma is not responsible for these charges. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees before finalizing your purchase.
5. Address Requirements
Due to the high-value nature of our artisanal garments, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address and a valid contact telephone number are required for all orders to ensure secure delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all production deadlines, Metakay is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier service disruptions, customs clearance processes, or international holidays.
