Refund policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Atigma, our garments are the result of intensive hand-craftsmanship and a commitment to sustainable, slow-fashion practices. Because each piece is made-to-order specifically for your request, our policies reflect the artisanal nature of our production.
1. Order Cancellations
Production for your garment begins shortly after an order is confirmed to ensure the highest level of detail and timely delivery.
- 24-Hour Window: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Post-24 Hours: Once fabric has been cut or technical smocking has commenced, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds as materials and labor have already been dedicated to your piece.
2. Returns & Exchanges
Because every ATIGMA piece is created based on specific client orders:
- Final Sale: All SALES are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or incorrect measurements provided by the client.
- Sizing Responsibility: We encourage all clients to follow our measurement guides strictly before placing an order. Our team is available via email to assist with any sizing queries before you checkout.
3. Quality Assurance & Resolution
We maintain a rigorous quality-control process to ensure that every hand-stitched detail meets our luxury standards.
- Reporting: In the rare event that a garment arrives with a structural defect or does not match the confirmed specifications, please contact us at orders@atigma.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Resolution Process: We will prioritize a complimentary repair or a replacement of the item. If a replacement is not possible due to fabric exclusivity, we will offer an exchange for a piece of equal value or issue Store Credit valid for six (6) months.
4.Measurement & Fit Disclaimer
At Atigma, we create garments that celebrate the architecture of the body. Because your piece is handcrafted to the specifications provided at the time of order, precision is essential.
5. Accuracy of Measurements
By placing an order, you acknowledge that the measurements provided are accurate. Atigma is not responsible for fit issues resulting from:
- Incorrect measurements provided by the client.
- Weight fluctuations or body changes occurring after the order is placed.
- Misinterpretation of our measurement guide.
6.Professional Measurement Recommendation
we strongly recommend being measured by a professional tailor. If you are measuring yourself, please refer to our Official Measurement Video/Guide and ensure the tape is held firm but not tight.
7. Consult Before You Order
If you are between sizes or unsure how to measure a specific area (such as the high bust or mid-waist), please contact our studio through our contacts before finalizing your purchase. We are happy to provide a brief digital consultation to ensure a perfect fit.
